High Kick

This is a great recipe sent to me from Finn Ní Fhaoláin creator of Fins Fit FoodWhen the body is a little bruised and a little broken this one goes down really well lots of protein and lots of yoga!


2-3 cubes frozen hemp juice

2 big handfuls of spinach 

1/2 -1 banana

1/4 cup of oats

1 tbsp maple syrup 

1/2 -1 scoop of Sun Warrior vanilla flavoured vegan protein powder

Add the lot together with 1-2 cups of water (or almond milk) and blend. 

I top mine with some toasted coconut flakes for a bit of texture.
